Complete Site Redesign

Most of the site requirements are here: [login to view URL] da2 and da3 are addon's requirements... i have not had the time to combine them, so those requirements may not make sense but i think you can get the general gist of it. the site a non-profit site, therefore, all income is generated via ads and donations. If you require a charge of $500 or more, I can only accept if you would allow a payment plan. I do not have more than $500 in the site account. my income is not that high, but If it is paid over time, I think I can manage. **EDIT: Apparently $500 is too high for a minimum. I have lowered the price down to $100. some extra comments: 1) Portfolios of any kind will help alot as i cannot choose a coder based on what he\she says. 2) I am not looking for any flash sites, nor any overly graphic site. I am looking for a clean, under 1ms loading site. a good example is [[login to view URL]][1] , i really like their site :| ignore the fact that they use flash buttons. 3) I am not looking to redesign phpnuke. i want a totally different CMS system, preferably more efficient using OOP of some sort. PHP-Nuke sucks and is basically falling apart as we speak... thanks.** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working site such that if untarred, will operate fully given a [login to view URL] ... of course an sql file as well. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform hosting has already been provided on a dualxeon dedicated. all you need to do is provide the graphics and php code. I will provide example pictures for graphics as well as a sql dump of the current database since some of the info may need to be ported over. platform: linux RH 7.2, dualxeon 3.0\2gb\200gb on php\apache, and basically anything you require.
