Write an iPhone application

PLEASE READ IN DETAIL BEFORE GIVING A PROPOSAL We will need an app similar to LYFT or UBER app. We need the app developed for iOS. We already have the app design made we would just need the app development. The app will consist of the following: You will be able to login/signup via Facebook or Google plus. Cell/Mobile Phone would be required for all users, with a verification text send to your cellphone(For verification text message we have a system setup, developer would have to code into the app itself). Users will able find other users in there vicinity or area using GPS, they will be able select Users who they would like to travel by car with. Or will be able to search within the the app for categories or locations they may need to visit in the future and select drivers based on this as well. Each user and driver will have an “INBOX, SENT & TRASH” messaging system built into the app. If a user would like to become a driver he/she would have to apply and go through a background check(Via our company website) each driver will have a rating, profile picture and expertise of the area, languages etc. When a user has selected a driver, they will submit information regarding trip dates(calendar selection) and times and a brief message if needed. The server(other user) will “ACCEPT OR REJECT” the trip, along with a cost associated for the trip and a brief message if needed. Once “ACCEPTED” from the driver the user will be locked in for the time and trip. After the drive the user will be able to rate the driver and submit a payment via the app. (For which we do have a payment gateway we will be using. App developer would have to code gateway into the app itself) App developments required: We will need an API built from scratch. We will need someone well versed with PHP, MySQL and Linux servers We will need coding for the backend of the app as well. At the end of the development we will need: - Source code of the app - Source code of the API ( PHP + Initial database dump ) - Any design assets used in the app, which will drop the user right in the heart of the API on the server. We would also need the MySQL or database available and compatible through out website so that we can approved a driver once background checks are completed. We would have administrator rights etc.
