3. Parse all *.log files in /home/logs directory.
4. For each file, look line by line for keywords IP, process_submit, marks_bb, name=
5. Append the parsed values to existing mysql table.
6. Delete file when done.
7. Repeat until all the access_log_xxx files are processed.
