3rd Try .. Need a Programmer .. URGENT!!!

Need a programmer that is willing to work and get a job done. A programmer that works 7 days a week full-time online. I need ::::::: (1) Programmer that works online 7 days a week (2) Programmer that is on Yahoo and ready to work (3) Programmer that codes in php with mysql (4) Programmer that builds from scratch (5) Programmer with a good attitude (6) Programmer that does not work on hourly rates The jobs I have will pay a flat fee determined by me.. Either you take the job or not, but if you are not willing to work then I dont need you. I have many jobs but that also means you work on the little jobs just as much on the big ones. Some jobs may be $50 and some may be in the hundreds. Understand this before you bid please.. I pay per job and that job is based on what I decide you must be able to follow instructions and follow the guidlines set for that job. If you actually read this then place in your bids "I dont work for hourly rates, I am willing to work fee based per job". Those of you that dont add that to your bid will be ignored as it tells me you dont follow the instructions.. I need someone willing to work to make a little extra money.. If you looking to make $1,000's per month then this aint the job for you.. I DO NOT need any design nor any designers to even apply, I need a programmer willing to work.. A simple test may be given..
