Key Generator Internet Ordering System

What I need made is an order form script for my spyware program. This program issues a different registration code for each individual computer. The person then sends me the Registration code and I use my key generator to generate the matching regstration unlock code. What I want is an internet script that will take the order which will include that person's registration code and automatically generate the unlock key so that they instantly can unlock their program after ordering. This script will need to send the order to my merchant account at linkpoint central...A link to their API guide is: <[login to view URL]> After the order is processed by them, it then needs to use the script that you will create me to take the client-supplied registration code and then generate their unlock code. The script then needs to display that code to the person ordering, and additionally email the code to them. I currently possess the source code to the key generator which I believe was created in PASCAL(.pas file endings). I currently have a windows server so the script would need to be compliant... for example, PHP, ASP. If you feel you can do this please place a bid or ask me further questions. I am open to all bid amounts. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Anything that would work with a windows server.
