Munipulate Image - ImageMagick

Develop script to modify images using imagemagick on W2K server, images to be sent to script by clicking edit button next to image. (sending image information to script without showing in url string) Must be capable of rotating images 45,90,180,360 %. Dropdown box and rotate when selected. Must be capable of resizing by percentage, 10 though 80 %. Dropdown box and resize when selected. Must be capable of applying effects: sharpen, blur, despeckle, emboss, shade. Dropdown Box and apply effect on select. Must be capable of applying special effects: swirl, wave, implode. Dropdown box and apply when selected. Must be capable of adding borders and frames, (decorate) border, frame, raise, sunken, including color selector.(popup color selector) Dropdown box and apply when selected. Must be capable of annotation (write on image) textbox for text, dropdown size, dropdown position, apply on select position. Capable of saving image at any point (original imagename with option to save as original or as additional with added extension) i.e. original [login to view URL],(3 random number extension) or cancel without saving image. Mus Save to original Location. This is very similar to the standard magickstudio for perl. Script should be written in perl to run on W2K Server. ImageMagick (TM) is installed and working.
