Advertising Network

This job involves programming an Advertising Network to run on my server where my website visitors can easily place ads to advertise on any of my my websites, paying a monthly fee for the ad. In the upper right corner of all our websites on the index pages there will be a rectangular shaped box announcing ad space availability which is also where the ad buyers ad will? be located,? in the same webpage space. The ad can be customized and will run in the same location and same size as the announcement about the availability of advertising on the site in upper right of screen. Features needed include built-in simple user ad design capability for ad customization, ad monthly payment requirements with the ability of myself to set the monthly ad cost from a control panel - which I will do based on traffic each potential site gets. Buitin user functions include user ad design, order placement and paying process. As far as actually inserting the ad on the target site goes it will be done automatically and in real-time so that function would need to be programmed too. There can be up to? 5 lines of ad copy in the allowed ad space. If possible (but not mandatory), we prefer to only require use of php/mysql on the master site (if it's needed at all) without mandating use on the other potential sites which will run ads. We will be responsible at my time and expense to place the assumed needed code snippet you will supply us on all the other sites in the ad network which code would be the rectangular box offer for others to advertise on my websites, which will be replaced by the actual ad box once the advertisers design the ad with the desisn tool included as part of the job, and the advertisers payments is made by credit? PayPal using the reoccurring automatic monthly billing option available in PayPal.
