Convert Joomla Module To Wordpress SideBar Widget

I want to convert the attached Joomla module(s) to a Wordpress Sidebar Plugin. Attached is the Joomla 1.0 or 1.5 version, therefore please use the one that is best suited. The module simply display icons to social network sites i.e. facebook that users can add there profile link to the backend and the icons will appear on the frontend with a link embedded. It has the option to display these as a horizontal, vertical or drpdown list. An example is viewable at the top of the webpage [login to view URL] The Joomla module allows a horizontal display therefore this type of display may have to be removed unless you can suggest a way to use it in wordpress. An additional feature that I would like to see is a linkback to the [login to view URL] site both in the joomla version and the wordpress version the joomla modules are attached
