Hello, I noticed that you have worked on this type of project before with a previous client and I am in need of exactly the same project. We are a design agency in London. We have created the HTML/CSS pages for this project and now require some assistance in creating the back-end and making it work. The brief is as follows: To create a very user friendly online market research tool. The website will collect payments for purchased surveys, allow free and premium use of online survey scripting tools, and offer comprehensive but simple reporting tools of any surveys completed. Cint provide the ability to send out the survey to the correct demographic of people and send it back to us with the results. The documentation has been uploaded and it gives us quite a lot of control over how the site will work. They are also very helpful, and the technical support is second to none. They also provide a complete sanbox testing environment to test the site fully before going live. We also can use something called LimeSurvey ([login to view URL]) which is an Open Source PHP web application to develop, publish and collect responses to online & offline surveys and should hopefully reduce development time considerably. Due to the nature of the contract, any freelancers will be required to work under the banner of our company. We are also limited to our time, as the project was awarded to another frelancer developer, but left us completely abandonded about two weeks ago with nothing achieved. If this project goes well, we have about three more projects that we would definately consider using you on. We have the HTML/CSS files of the front end already working, and we just need the back-end to work. The survey answers then come back to us and we must display this in a report like Survey Monkey. As you have worked on this project previously, can the development time be much quicker?
