VB Graphics Debugging

For a good VB 6 graphics programmer, this may be trivial. I have a program that builds a pie with x number of slices. For each pie slice, I need a smaller circle placed with it's center on the circumference of the pie circle and split by the line that seperates the slice from the next. In that the diameter of the small circles are equal to the width of the slice at the circumference of the pie, the circles would connect at their circumferences (Edges). The result is something that looks like a star wheel. The second part of the problem is similar in that I want a triangle placed on the same seperator lines between the pie slices. The base of the triangle would be a straight line that connects each edge of the pie slice at the circumference of the pie. The result would look like a gear with teeth. My pronblem is that I am not good enough with Sines, Cosines and Tangents to write the placement code. The attached program is what I have done so far. Just click on the "Wheel" command button. Notice how my black circles are not placed properly. I have added a few lines of code and uploaded the source. The new lines of code show how the circles are supposed to look if I knew how to code their position on the fly. In this case, they have been predetermined. I have a number of coders who said that they could do the code easily. I will pay the first person that corrects my source code with the lowest price or a good price and a great tutorial explanation of how it was done. It will also help if you have an undertsanding and can explain how I then get the drawing (To scale) onto a plotter. For those of you who asked for a clearer definition of the triangle module, just imagine that the circles ar triangular notches in the circumfernce of the circle.
