MySQL/PHP Based Searchable Cashback Comparison Website

I want to create a site where users can compare the amounts of cashback that they can earn from shopping through various online UK cashback websites. They will be able to enter the name of the website/shop they want to shop at, and the database will look for the amounts of cashback offered for shopping at that shop. The site will consist of a functional "front-end" to the site, and then a restricted access admin area. [continued in deliverables due to RAC's measley 2000 character space provision!] ## Deliverables Firstly, I will explain what I need on the user side of the site: The website will be split up into 5 parts using php includes/templates. It needs a header, a left side menu, the main page, then a right hand menu and a footer. The bit I really need you to do is the main page (the bit in the middle of the screen) - I can design the rest of the site. You will need to do some basic links on the left hand side of the site though, so that it is functional when you provide me with the finished site. Basically, the member needs to enter the shop that they want to shop at into a search box on the homepage. Then the script will search for all the cashback websites that provide cashback for shopping at that site. The search facility needs to be good, ie. if someone enters TESCO, it should find TESCO books and TESCO flowers, as well as [[login to view URL]][1] etc. Then, it will show the user in a table, what each cashback site found offers. The user will be able to make the list alphabetical (ascending OR descending) as well as order by who gives the most cashback. Cashback may either be a percentage, a number of points, or a cash amount. To make it easier for users to compare the amounts being offered, a cashback per £100 column will be used. That will work out the cash value of a £100 shop through each cashback site, using information entered in the admin area. I also need members to be able to compare the general features of the cashback sites (not the shops the cashback sites offer cashback FOR - shops and cashback sites are different entities in the database). For instance referral bonus amounts, whether or not they have a "price promise" when it comes to the amount of cashback given, and that kind of thing. Again, users will want to be able to view that information in orders - ie. listing those with the highest referral bonus first. When the user clicks on the name of the cashback retailer, it will take them to an information page about that cashback site. That page will neatly list all the information about that cashback site, plus have a link to that cashback site. Now the admin area... In the admin area I need to be able to add/edit/remove all the information for the site. Specifically, I need pages for: - Adding / editing / browsing cashback websites - Adding / editing / browsing shop categories - Adding / editing / browsing shops - Adding / editing / viewing the amounts of cashback offered by each cashback website for each shop - I need the admin area to be easy to use, so I can quickly update the cashbacks offered by each cashback website in an alphabetical order. I am open to suggestions regarding the site, so a bright coder with lots of ideas would be great! Plus, MSN messenger is a big plus because it helps me communicate with you!
