GeoTheme customization and design

This description may sound similar to another recent project post as I have copied a lot of it as it was exactly what I have been trying to implement for my own project. I need to customize a Wordpress theme called Geotheme ([login to view URL]) for an initial project to start with but with the possibility of two additional projects using the same theme. The initial project is a UK nationwide directory of businesses and related places and events. I have a domain and wordpress and geotheme are installed on my server. I have already set up all the areas/cities i want. I need a theme modification for GeoTheme for Word Press, it shouldn't be complicated to the right candidate, and this is the first one of multiple projects to come. Professionalism, speed and accuracy is a must to build a long term relationship with the right candidate. I am looking for Wordpress A+++++ Skills at affordable prices. Wordpress/PHP/CSS knowledge is essential as not all themes do exactly what they say they will do! Occasional php template tweaking may be necessary. Developer MUST, MUST AND I REPEAT M - U -S -T KNOW GEOTHEME AND HAVE PREVIOUS VERIFIABLE SOURCE FOR REFERENCES!!!! YOU MUST KNOW HOW TO SET UP GEO THEMES APPROPRIATELY - PLEASE ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH GEO THEME!!!!!!! With that said - please forward verifiable previous customer links AND contacts - AS many developers try to display sites that they did not customize or develop! I will not necessarily being employing the lowest bidder – I will be looking at developers credentials as I want to employ the right person for this job and future jobs if possible. This is what i need. • I would like to use the single Geotheme database but enable different points of entry (i.e. their locally marketed domain name). Therefore there will be multiple landing pages with different Header info etc. I would like for each city to have different ads. For example, each city will have ad blocks so advertisers from that city can buy that ad space to only show in that city. When someone clicks on a different city (I WANT THE HOME BANNER SLIDER TO BE DIFFERENT IN EACH CITY SO BUSINESSES IN THAT CITY CAN BUY HOME BANNER SLIDER ADS. THERE WILL BE DIFFERENT BANNER SLIDERS FOR EACH CITY. • I also would like to have spaces on landing places so i can insert banner ads. • I am looking for a clean and colorful design but am open for advice on what may work well. Plain and boring does not work for me! This is a UK site so no American wording or spelling please. So in short, GREAT, Innovative design. When i say design i am looking for a designer to DESIGN some cool, appealing graphics. We expect to be able to come back to you for revisions based on our initial feedback, and then our customer feedback - to get the job done right!!!! I MUST be able to see examples of some Great design work.
