Imagehost script, will be used for resale

I need a imagehosting script that will be used for resale since I like to manage things and wanna try the resellerbusiness. Not ment to be something to make a living of ofcourse. This mean that I buy full rights to the website and everything it includes from you. Functions wanted: -Upload image from url or from local computer -Image resizing option (text fields where you can insert sizes in pixles or similiar) -Multiupload, it should be possible to upload several images at once from local computer -Some kind of simple user registration system. Logged in users should be able to view their uploaded images. No e-mail verification needed -If logged in there should be a checkbox or radiobutton to choose if the image should be uploaded private or public. If private, not listed in the public gallery (see below) -Gallery where public/unregistered user uploaded images goes that every visitor can see Adminpanel functions: -Ban IP address -Suspend accounts -Delete images -Textboxes to insert adcodes. Perhaps for a halfbanner, sidebanner or similiar. (only sizes supported by adsense) -Textboxes to insert META data (keywords, description) Design of the page should be clean, eye-catchy and if possible easy to customize. Looking forward to hire you!
