Project Details Looking to build LMS (Learning Management System) with very specific requirements. We are looking for an individual(s) or team who has expertise in the following domains: Joomla 2.5+ /MY SQL 5.x+ (Joomla 2.5 Experts required) Android/iPhone Application derived from LMS database (Mobile development experts required) Project Start Date: Immediate || Project End Date: 10/31/2012 || Location: Remote Reporting: Twice a week Following is the criteria: 1. The code must be open source platform [Joomla 2.5+ supported] 2. All the modules listed below for LMS (features of LMS) may require customization and must be included 3. All the code must be original or custom rewritten 4. All the modules derived from [login to view URL] must be validated for legal use 5. We are open to third party code integration, as long as have full rights to modify/rewrite/publish Features for LMS Development [To be used within Joomla 2.5] 1. Student self-assessment 2. Student evaluation with dashboard 3. Student online portfolio with dashboard Custom integration from open source code [example [login to view URL]] 1. Whiteboards, chat rooms 2. Course templates 3. E-mail/SMS notifications 4. Support for smart phones, tablets, black berry 5. Online book library 6. Integration with Skype/Google Apps/Face book Apps 7. Language Assistance 8. E-commerce checkout 9. E-book publishing 10. Assessment tool with plagiarism detection 11. UI Design [Compatible with Browser/Mobile/Tablets] This is a tool not web-site. It must be user friendly, easy navigation with help menu.
