Magento Website for UltraDot Media

Hi I am Dani Costes. Web Project Manager based here in the Philippines working for UltraDot Media, a US based printing company. We need a developer who would continue the development on our current beta Magento website. As an overview of the project, we have a live website running on Zen Cart engine. It is buggy and a very slow website. the web address is http://www.ultradotmedia.com. One of the major bug of the Zen website is that prices intermittently tend to change upon checkout. And the file upload module wherein the customers get to upload their materials is written in ASP.net and is running on a different server. So we are running two servers for one website. We decided to rebuild the website using Magento platform which is one of the best if not the best e-Commerce platform today. We hired several developers already and we have come up with this beta website, http://ultradot.nextmp.net. It's almost finished already. Although a few more extensions still need to be developed and the site still needs to be optimized because it is running so slow. Pricing on the website is based on combinations(thousand of simple products associated to a configurable product). Our beta website is hosted by Nexcess Hosting. Here are the extensions that have been purchased and have been installed: Force User Log-in - Users must be logged-in to be able to view products. Simple Product Pricing - Display the price of the simple products instead the price of the configurable product Ajax File Uploader - User can upload image files/print materials(multi-format) Dimensional Shipping (Installed already but not yet used/utilized) - To solve the UPS error Free extension that has been installed: In Store Pickup Extensions that have to be developed/installed: Blind Shipping - Will send details of this extension in a separate email Tax Report per zip code, month, year, customer (at the admin panel) Other requirements: All of the features of the live Zen Cart website must be present on the new Magento website. Development of a fast loading Dynamic Menu on the left panel. All customers have to be migrated. Uploading of 20 more new products. We should be able to specify special pricing (by percentage) to specific customers or groups. We should be able to adjust prices per product and across all products by percentage. Brokers must be given broker licenses(with expiration dates). A new Ajax File Upload extension from Mico Solutions has to be purchased (Multi Format Thumbnail Display). Design modifications. Preparation of the website for multi-store front-end. Our new website should be as fast or faster than our competitor websites.
