Presta Shop Upgrade and Layout Changes

We require the below changes to our Presta Shop Store - [login to view URL] Upgrade 1. Upgrade version from 1.4.8.2 to 1.5.3 Formatting Changes 2. Remove the orange button from the banner slider 3. On the Create Account Page, move 'State' under 'City'. 4. Move the 'Specials' block on the Home Page under the 'Featured Categories' block. 5. Update the 'Specials' block to only show 1 line of specials (4 products) 6. Fix the formatting of the Categories Menu (orange bar at top of page). Currently the rollover image is not aligned to the menu bar. 7. Remove the Footer text 'More Pet Shop PrestaShop Themes at [login to view URL]' 8. Update the Footer text '© 2013 Powered by PrestaShop™. All rights reserved' to 'Designed by WeMakeWebsites'. Make 'WeMakeWebsites' a Hyperlink to [login to view URL] 9. Update the formatting at the top of page as per attached JPEG. This includes, adding 4 x Links, moving the Search Box and moving the Logo. 10. Update the formatting of the 'Featured Categories on Home Page' module to the same look at the Specials block on the Home Page. 11. Update text on 'Bank Wire' module (First Screen) from 'Pay by Bank Wire (order processing will be longer)' to 'Bank Transfer'. 11a. Update text on 'Bank Wire' module (Second Screen) from: You have chosen to pay by bank wire.
