The model is similar to existing concept of Dating sites (but instead of matching men and women, matching different concepts - Type A and Type B) with each user having a Profile in a DB enabling it to be searchable. Also similar to Social Networking sites where one of the two types of user (Type A) can form friends (only with other Type As) and groups of individual Type As can be formed (Group Type A) which can act like an individual Type A. Type As will contact Type B using an internal messaging system (like dating sites) and for the Type B user to reply he must purchase credits or have paid for membership. He can ONLY reply by purchasing credits (either at that moment and/or by a membership plan) It is imperative that a Type B does not register as a Type A and thus form relationships with other Type As thus bypassing the payment system Ability to display site in different languages is also important (3 languages envisaged at beginning but with ability for this to be increased to 7 in future). Display language will be chosen using GeoPositioning of the user automatically as a first step. Integrated functionality of google maps for locations of Type B so Type A can find their nearest is necessary, as is compatability with handheld mobile devices. Ability to sell certain products in a shop area would also be a bonus but shop would be merely an affiliate based portal e.g. with Amazon aStore - so code managing shop done and simply requires integrating into site.
