WoW Account/Gold Selling Website

I need an account similar to that of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc - except for World Of Warcraft ONLY! I only want to accept Paypal payments, that would be the only payment accepted..I would like the order process to be similar to that of [login to view URL], obviously with some changes. I wouldn't want the website to look the same as either of those two sites I gave as an example.. But basically I need a fully functioning shopping cart/order system, with secure login/password (along with a point per dollar based system - you spent xx$ and you receive xx points, when you get xx points you get xx discount - all customizable) I don't necessarily need the design to be provided, mostly just the coding/backend so it would be nice to have every part of the site be "modular" (I can explain more in detail later) A built in live chat function would be nice as well, but not 100% neccessary. This would be a project that would require contact/design/maintenance after the initial product is finished. You must speak 100% fluent english - I would prefer if you had an understanding of how World of Warcraft works.
