**Developers!**
We are looking for developers to write an application that will serve the following purpose:
1) Provide users with a standardized digital form to input information into (such as a 2-page report with multiple fields)
2) Allow users to:
> a) input data
> b) print report + export to PDF, Excel
> c) send completed report to our main database (via the network)
> d) view a list of reports they have submitted
> 3) Users on our end ("end-users") will receive alerts (via email) about incoming reports as well as receive a daily summary of all reports that arrived daily, weekly, etc.
4) This application will also give end users an administration console/panel UI that they can use to:
> a) view list of reports submitted
> b) view individual reports
> c) "approve" reports so that they can be officially sent to our database (Filemaker, at this time)
> d) print certain reports + export to PDF, etc.
> e) manage e-mail alerts
> **Further details / goals of this application
**The goal of this application is to give users, on the one end, the ability to digitally input various information in one standardized form. Then submit this form to our database which would store the information for retrieval by both sets of users.
All users should also be able to export the web-based form to Excel or PDF as well as access the application to see a list of all reports they have submitted.
End users will be able to log-into the application and view a summary of all reports received. They will also be able to manage alerts, click to open individual reports, print reports and finally, approve reports so that they can be officially registered in the database.
**More Info**
1) Data will equal 10-20 daily forms with 120-150, 20-30 character text fields each.?
2) It would be ideal to run this application as a service without leveraging too many existing technologies (Access, etc.)
3) If there is no network access or the connection disconnects, users must have a way to store/cache their data so it does not get lost!?
Good luck and thank you for reading!
