Modify wordpress blog, template, CSS and module

I need a WordPress expert that can change the style/template of my current blog and add a couple of changes that will allow me to add/display posts in a certain. Actual Blog that needs to be changes is here: [login to view URL] These are the main features, full detail of how blocks of information and posts should be displayed are included in the Word attachment. - Update WordPress to latest version, I believe it's 4.0.1 - Update modules that have been installed - Maybe there is a template that would be adapted to my needs, but I need your comments and help on that. I need to make it look better than it looks now in both how things are laid out and style - Main titles for posts need to have these fields added: By $user (right now it does not have it), and posted in $category$, and also $date$ in format day/month/year, like 1 June 2014 - Recent post style, link and categories should change. It needs to have a clear style, similar to the left sidebar link at [login to view URL] it has to use separators and have a table background that encloses the links. Same for categories and all the blocks in the right sidebar - I would need the paging navigation like below, similar, adapted to the blog's color and style - I still want a minimalistic and basic design but it's not well structured right now and I need help to change style, links, width, etc. - I would need to configure the blog so that it's syndicated to as many services as possible and RSS is available - I would need that the latest posts appear with Google Now on Andorid Google Now There will be many small changes as I see the blog progress, dificult to tell before it can be seen running with the changes.
