Ez publish upload script

I need an upload script for a site. The site is not currently live but set up on a testing server: [login to view URL] You can see the site and how it works there. What we need is the following: 1: Upload of departure dates and prices. It is too complicated and takes too much time to upload departure dates and prices "manually" and we need a way to upload quickly all departure dates and prices. How it works: A tour is placed in a folder. Subitems to this tour ( departure dates and price) is created as a subtree. When the tour and subitems are added, tour and subtree is copied to another folder. This is done to add the tours to more than one country. In other words: Tour: Focus on Scandinavia This is created in the folder: pub/tours/Norway As the tour also goes to Denmark and Sweden I need to copy the tour to both these folders as well. This may be difficult to achieve. But I need the script to at least be able to upload tour departure date and price to at least one specified folder ( like pub/tours/Norway ) and then I can manually copy tour and subtree to the other folders ( pub/tours/Sweden and pub/tours/Denmark) The perfect thing would be to be able to upload to all locations but might be difficult. If you are unsure of anyhting, please do not hesitate to contact me for details. All comments, replies and suggestions will be considered. If possible, a complete upload script with all information, tour, price, departure dates, images and so forth would be extremely handy but not required. Price is also an issue here so we need to keep the cost down. I would think experience about Ez Publish is essential in order to complete this task. I have zero technical knowledge and cannot assist in any way. Se zip file for all fields required for upload script ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) Upload script MUST be 100% compatible and integrated with EZ publish. This needs to be hacked into Ez publish. I have been told this is not a major issue. If this should be difficult other solutions would be considered, however, this should be informed about prior to entering a bid 4) Script needs to be completed to my 100% satisfaction. It is a small script and for an experienced programmer this should be an easy task.
