Adobe Flash Builder Project - Camera capture and upload - Mobile Devices

Hello, About me, I am core Actionscript 3.0 programmer working in Flash, Flex and Adobe Air. For further reference please check my feedback and reviews here at https://www.freelancer.com/u/programmerAS3.html Regarding the project, its bit confusing. There will be only one button, and it should do the role of both image taking and selecting images Camera Roll. How to provide choice for either taking image or selecting from Camera Roll. Or after taking the image, it should allow to choose the pictures from the Camera Roll. Please let me know on this. Apart from this, everything is clear and should be fine. Regards
