API developer/architect to architect and develop an API for a new cloud-based SaaS

We are Looking for an experienced API developer/architect to architect and develop an API for a new cloud-based SaaS monitoring and Evalution tool to used by any industry that deal with data entry. The API will be utilized from a web app and a mobile app and needs to be scalable for future additions. We are open to various technology stacks and will rely on the developer to suggest a tech stack for the API. The platform will be a cloud based application wich capture and records field data and allow decision makers to make key performance decisions faster and in real time. The platform will provide businesses with a tool to capture data efficiently and gain more insight into their operational activities. The platform should enable users to build their own templates, define and assign to-do’s and analyse the data they capture.
