I need someone to create a system which uses PHP to send basic html emails to customers and a quick form which is linked to the system. The system should check what events are coming up in the database and then send an email to customers asking them for information. If they don’t submit this information by the due date, we automatically assume a number for them as per flowchart below. The HTML emails and form frontend has already been mostly designed using twitter bootstrap, which means you will only need to make small modifications to work to your needs. Overview: Please see this flowchart below for an overview: [login to view URL] You should use a Cron Job to execute the script every day at 9am. You should use gmail SMPT to send the email. The script and resources for this have been provided. You need to put this on the server directly.
