Hi, I just checked both systems and seems both have API to get stuff done. Can you please let me know with example what information you are transmitting from osTicket to SugarCRM ? Integration can be done within limit for API support given by both tool. I think SugarCRM use word "case" for ticket.. Let me know if we can chat further
