Build a basic script to find appointment slots.

We are looking for someone to create a very simple script that will refresh a website and look for available appointment driving slots and if they are available booking them. Only 9 steps.
The script will be smart and be able to adapt if the website blocks us out being able to change IPs and continue refreshing.
A simple admin panel also required.
