Build locally-hosted SimpleMDE page

Go to [login to view URL] You will see three demonstration areas. Functionally, they are similar to one-another, but with different options. I would like a single web page that functions like the middle example (autosaving); however, the ENTIRE PAGE must be locally hosted. This means that NO CDN can be used. You are welcome to specify which libraries are needed and the subdirectory where they will reside relative to localhost/(home). I will test the page using uMatrix on localhost. NO outside calls are allowed. If any scripts are served outside localhost, then the project will NOT be accepted and payment will NOT be made until the term of no outside calls/scripts is met. ONLY first party scripts can be used, but (for example) [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are allowed to be used from localhost. I am NOT asking you to rewrite any css or js that is from a CDN, only to specify which scripts/css files are required and where they will be stored on the local host. All copyright text must remain in any files you specify, and any copyright requirements of any files you use must be followed. For example, if a link to a source is required on the page, link must be included on the page. Delivery of the project can be by zip file. If required, I will make dropbox space available for your code.
