I have a set of records (a database of 10K villages in a region of India) each one contains the details of between 1 and 100 soldiers who went to war. I want a website that allows users to navigate these graphically through a map and then to search the database of the soldiers and find results and display them See attached specification, wireframes and sample data Example websites are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Price should include an estimate of the time it will take to do this. Developer should explain the maintenance needs and should explain the CMS system to allow users to manage the data and upload new data

Hi. I am an experienced Full stack developer specialized in Angular2+ , Python and Node. I checked the documents attached and understood the idea you want to create. I can create something similar for you. We can use D3.Js or Highmaps to show the country view and then we can show details of soldiers at state level and maybe on district level as well once we click on a particular state. I have worked on Highmaps earlier as well for showing country level price for some products in another project. The tech stack I believe would suit us is Django + Angular and having a SQL database , or maybe we can try Elasticsearch for faster searching that we can decide later on.
