Build Website to My Design.

I will need advice on how and who to host this site with please. I think WordPress will be a good option for me but feel free to advise on this subject too. The price is to see this stage built and working well. I will continue to pay for further development once this stage is ready. Below is a detailed description of what I would like. Once you have created a site that is to this design I will need guidance to add my own text, images, and design elements. Many thanks for your time. Headers. The header bar with these options (Left aligned) “Christopher Taylor” then (Right aligned) “Service” “Locations” “Bio” “Contact” When you scroll over “Locations” a drop down appears offering “Gallery” When you scroll over “Bio” a drop down appears offering “Testimonials” When you scroll down the website the headers move down with your view in their same top of page position. When header “Christopher Taylor” is clicked the website fast scrolls back to show you the front cover, essentially a back to the start option. When header “Service” is clicked the website fast scrolls down to the section immediately after the front cover. The equivalent of skipping to page two. (page one being front cover). When header “Locations” is clicked the website fast scrolls to the section after service. The equivalent of skipping to page three. When header “Bio” is clicked the website fast scrolls to the section after locations. The equivalent of page five. When header “Contact” is clicked the website fast scrolls to the section after bio. The equivalent of page seven. Sub Headers. When subheader “Gallery” is clicked the website fast scrolls to the second portion of Locations. The equivalent of page four. When subheader “Testimonials” is clicked the website fast scrolls to the second portion of Bio. The equivalent of page six. Pages. Page one is the view you have when you connect to the site. Page one will have the headers. Page one will be an image and overlay of simple text. (ideally, I can change this periodically) akin to a shop front. By scrolling down (or clicking “Service” for fast scroll) Page two will still have the headers at the top. Page two will be largely text with some design and image. By scrolling (or clicking “Locations” for fast scroll) Page three has some text at the begging. The rest of the space is made up of a global map with active components. The active components are highlighted points on the map, that when clicked fast scroll down to a particular set of images in the gallery section. I slight, highlighting effect around the images that correlate to the location they selected on the map would be nice. By scrolling (or clicking subheader “Gallery” for fast scroll) Page four is a selection of grouped images. Each grouping corresponds to a point on the world map on page three. By clicking an image it is blown up to a larger size, with an “X” as an option to reduce it again. By scrolling (or clicking “Bio” for fast scroll) Page five is a section of text with some design and image to a lesser degree. By scrolling (or clicking subheader “Testimonials” for fast scroll) Page six is a selection of texts, probably just a paragraph each, with some design and image. By scrolling (or clicking header “Contact” for fast scroll) Page seven has active options. A section that can be filled in to make contact and send me a message. As well as having tabs for link sites like Pinterest and Instagram.
