Coding/altering woocommerce plugins for use on survery site

Hello We are looking for some quotes for a website. The website will be built by us on Wordpress and is a for a survey company that acts as a middle man between customers and providers. The website will be built by me, you are NOT required for any actual website build, just the plugin and development side. What we require from you is to custom code (probably some Woocommerce) plugin for the follwing needs: The website is a portal that provides survey quotes to the public. The website makes commission from each survey provided. So, basically the website acts as a middleman. The website needs to have 2 sides, one for customers to log in and send details of required surveys. this is all pretty standard information ie name, address, type of survey required (from drop down menu). This information will then automatically be distributed to the list of registered survey providers. The first 3 providers to give a quote will be sent to the customer, with their price PLUS 20% mark up. (The mark up is the profit that goes to the website owner). The customers picks a provider and pays. When the payment is made and survey complete, the cutomer can view the survey via their side of the website. The providers will register and log in from their side of the site and enter company name, VAT number, adress etc. They will be sent a email to confirm all said details with a referral code which can be used by customers to search lists of survey providers. Further, all survey providers will need to accept terms and conditions before sign up is completed. I am pretty sure most of this is already on a Woocommerce plugin or another similar plugin which can easily be adapted to suit these needs, so no need to completely build this from scratch? Please let me know your thoughts on this. The website will need to link to the financing system (not sure if this is Sage or different provider) we are waiting to hear from the client. Quotes form provider to customers will need basic info ie: 1. Details from client request (as per their proforma) 2. Quote excluding VAT 3. Quote including VAT 4. Date of survey 5. Date of survey report 6. Clarifications 7. Exclusions (again this is all pretty basic stuff and may easily be found on another plugin?) There also needs to be some functionality where leads and sales from said leads can be viewed. Quoting Quotes will need to be returned from surveys to clients (via the client account management team) in a consistent manner and through the website (again trying to keep everything automated). Pro-forma could look something like this…. 1. Details from client request (as per their proforma) 2. Quote excluding VAT 3. Quote including VAT 4. Date of survey 5. Date of survey report 6. Clarifications 7. Exclusions Please get back to me with expected costs, and also expected timeframes. We are looking to get this going ASAP. I do foresee some custom work involved but i do not believe it to be an excessive amount. We will pick someone who has a good reputation score and also seems to have fully read and understood the requirements. Kind regards Garry
