Create Joomla Content plugin

Hello, I check the requirements. I am very much interested but not much cleared on second part. Here is my summary for the project. 1. I'll create a content plugin. 2. It will display an icon and clicking on it will show a popup. 3. Popup will have code which is cache and generated from an article. 4. You can define the article you want to cache in settings panel in plugin. And once a day it will generate a cache of it. 5. The use copy whole page code? so if some changes in cached article they will need to copy the code again to reflect changes in their site, right? Dont worry, I'll provide me cleaner and well commented code. And provide all the updates like for joomla 4.0 However it will be j4 ready. I'll really appreciate if we do little discussion. Hello Sir, Hope you doing great ! Yes I understand your project specifications and i am writing here what i understand : 1- you want content plugins. 2- using this plugin, there is ability to show icon below article title. 3- when user will click on it, it will open popup and there is embed code for that article html. ( embed code like youtube video, using that we can play the video in our website or pages ) 4- so same we need for our article page, user will copy that embed code and paste in his website and it will show the content from our website. 5- now, this html content should be saved in separate html file so that user will have only article contents. 6- to generating these articles html files we need to create one cron file and it will run once per day and generate or update content files as per adding or modifying articles from our website backend. 7- we will create unique file name for articles, so it will never change links because some user already use the embed code so we will not change url to keep that. 8- and yes we are here always for support and help :) Please explain and suggest me if something getting wrong or i miss any specifications. we are experts in Joomla and yes in plugin development, and my promise for 100% clean & quality work... and then only you can pay me :) no advance money. can we please talk about the time and cost for more clear, I am waiting for your positive response.
