Custom E-Commerce Site Build

I have a client that wants a very custom subscription box service. If anyone can do this, or something similar to this, please let me know. Here's the project: A custom subscription box that sends her clients makeup supplies when they need them. My client will sit with her clients to decide what products they may need throughout the year. These products will then be shipped to her clients every 2 months but on their own custom schedule. For example, Product A ships every two months, but Product B only needs to be shipped every four months, and Product C only needs to be shipped every 6 months, etc. **Check website here:- [login to view URL] Also requested is the ability for the clients to alter the items being shipped if they want to delay or move them. Ideally, this system would also be integrated with an email plugin to notify clients a week before they get the box of their shipment and what will be in it. I need a system where we can build these orders from. This can be completely back-end, it just needs to be usable by my client to make the orders for her clients.
