Custom Plugin for commute Wordpress / WooCommerce in Multivendor

Good evening everyone, I would like to create a plugin that is compatible with both wordpress and woocommerce. My idea is to create a multi-seller site that works like this: - The admin (can upload the products, with prices, details, photographs etc.) - The authorized Vendors (they can upload the stocks of the products that are present on the site via a csv file or manually) - The Plugin must automatically send the order to the seller who is geographically closest to the customer and who has the product available. The plugin must allow vendors to have a backend, where they will find: - Order history - Shop details (address, telephone, email, vat, etc.) - Product Inventories (which connects to the main catalog uploaded by the administrator) - Sales commissions Note: Sellers can only add the availability they have of products. Customers who go to the site will browse through many products and without realizing it will automatically purchase from the nearest store. The customer will pay directly to the portal and you have no sellers. RICHIESTA IN ITALIANO: Buonasera a tutti, vorrei creare un plugin che sia compatibile sia con wordpress e che con woocommerce. La mia idea è creare un sito multi venditore che funzioni nel seguente modo: - L'amministratore (può caricare i prodotti, con prezzi, dettagli, fotografie ecc.) - I Venditore abilitati (possono caricare tramite un file csv o manualmente le giacenze dei prodotti che sono presenti sul sito) - Il Plugin in modo automatico deve inviare l'ordine al venditore che si trova geograficamente più vicino al cliente e che hai il prodotto disponibile. Il plugin deve permettere ai venditore di avere un back-end, dove troveranno: - Storico Ordini - Dettagli Negozio (indirizzo, telefono, email, vat, ecc..) - Giacenze Prodotti (che si collega al catalogo principale caricato dall'amministratore) - Commissioni vendite Nota bene: i venditori possono aggiungere solo la disponibilità che hanno dei prodotti. I clienti che andranno sul sito, navigheranno tra tanti prodotti e senza rendersene conto acquisteranno in maniera automatica dal negozio più vicini. Il cliente pagherà direttamente al portale e non hai venditori.
