Fix facebook profile image rate limit on my php script

I have a php website and there is a facebook profile image rate limit issue on this. The developer report this on facebook and they told him this - [login to view URL] As currently facebook have done lots of changes, my script also need some changes. But that developer don't have time right now to fix this. I need some one who is a very good developer and also have a deep knowledge on facebook graph API My budget is $70 for this and like to get it fixed in 24 hours. I will put $25 on milestone when you will get started and will put the next $45 when you will fix it and will paid this after testing the traffic (300 real time visitor according google analytic) As its a viral website it will take only 2 days to achieve this traffic.
