We are currently using a script called Freelance Cockpit 3, which comes with an integrated helpdesk system for ticketing. We require a feature to be added, which is the ability to automatically create tickets based on emails sent to a specific address. For example: if an customer sends a mail to help@[login to view URL], the php server should: 1- Acquire the mail 2- capture the sender 3- capture the content of the object 4- capture the contents of the mail body 5- capture any attachment 6- Once collected, these data must be placed in the web portal by generating a new ticket, which has a new id. 7-The server will automatically send an email confirmation that a ticket has been created for the sender In order to verify that you have read the requirements, please write 'ballpen' with your bid.

This is for extending the current Freelance Cockpit Admin -> Settings -> Ticket section to make it handle setup of mulitple email address end points for ticket creation ia email along with the necessary changes to the automated cron job which parses incoming emails and creates new tickets from them.
