I have a working knowledge of css and jquery, but am struggling with learning how to properly go about designing and building web apps using these concepts. I also have a working knowledge of php and mysql and it's my goal to learn how to properly implement all four. I am NOT interesting in learning any kind of CSS or PHP framework that helps build websites, but rather want to be able to learn how to code things from scratch. I am looking for a highly skilled css and jquery individual to help me improve my understanding of these technologies. A friend of mine has the need for a web app to assist with his small business. I want to find someone to help me build this web app, but I want it done in such a way that I get to learn proper css and jquery techniques.
