League of legends Account Checker

We are currently managing a website that creates a bridge between seller and buyer over League of Legends accounts selling. System works as follows, - Seller adds an account, selects followings --All champions, skins, wards, profile icons and emotes that he/she has, manually. We noticed that there were systems like automatic data picker with just League of Legends ID and Password: So the system that we want to build works as follows, -Seller enters account ID and Password -The script does everything for him/her. (Returns json for champions, skins, wards, profile icons and emotes, honor levels, blue essence amount, riot points amount that the account has) Systems that we want is called "Lol Account Checker" or etc. We found lots of source codes, github projects, but they are all outdated.
