Looking for the best CakePHP developer - multiple tasks

We are looking for the best CakePHP and AngularJS developer to help us with these projects: 1. Add some columns to our database. Within the user table, add some information columns, including a column to point to an image that will be uploaded by the user. 2. We’d like to control via PUT and GET functionality via our existing REST API spelled out VERY CLEARLY 3. Install node on our Windows Server 4. Fix CakePHP email library to send out email when video finishes rendering 5. Run exec command upon render starting 6. Save a backup of the current database, then remove unused tables in db. 7. Instal Zendesk functionality on our front end to work flawlessly with our Cake and Zendesk account - we will provide the design code. We have these minor tasks to get done ASAP. Once these are done, we have much more work - your quality will determine if you receive the additional, larger, projects. Winning bidder will have to sign work-for-hire, NDA, and Non-compete documents. Myself, and my co-partner, started this company last year. We are visionaries - not expert developers.
