What we need is a website clone with limitations. the site is [login to view URL] the limitation are that: 1- Only The same design and features of Lotto Powerball (play Lotto and Powerball but not the Strike features and the rest of games in the website) To see how it's work you need to tray it in special time, here is when : Game play section start in New Zealand Time Zone - GMT. • Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri (6:30am - 11:00pm – NZ) - (5:30pm – 10:00am - GMT ) • Wed/Sat (6:30am - 12:00am – NZ) - (5:30pm – 11:00am - GMT ) • Sun (6:30am - 11:00pm – NZ) - (5:30pm – 10:00am - GMT ) 2- The system to sit on top of the open source CMS (SilverStripe open source CMS if possible) 3- The site should also be able to have set run times, such as a start and end date with the capability of running multiple cycles. 4- Tracking/monitoring system as well as a random numbers generator for the winning numbers. 5- Lottery players should be able to register for lottery draws, buy E-tickets, check available jackpots, time left till lottery draw ends, 6- Real time lottery drawing results and automatic client notification of same via E-mail. 7- Integration with major payment gateways (Cashu, PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express) Merchant Provider. 8- Creation of lottery ticket-printing system / capability. 9- Winners are to be paid with an option they select (Choice Option - Only one can be selected). The available options should include: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Western Union, with area for Winner to enter/type in their required mode of payment. 10- Use macros to start, stop and publish Lottery’s. 11- Total amount received from customers, Lottery Tickets data and winners’ details should be shown in the admin section with names, dates, etc. 12- Multi-currency and multi-language (English-Arabic). 13- Placing on a server, test-running, ultimately possibility of web-administration, including positioning-related tasks.
