Magento 1.9 adjustments

We need some tweaks to our magento 1.9 instalation. 1. In checkout form we have 2 fields: CUI/CNP and Nr. Reg. Comertului. Those 2 fields must appear (must be saved) in customer my account (registered users), where contact information is stored, under the Company field. (maybe in db those values are allready stored but it does not display) 2. In my account, for registered users, in the left menu change the name of „Agenda” (Romanian) in „Date facturare” and „Address book” (English) in „Invoice details” 3. When you make a new order and you choose the payment method „Ordin de plata” (Bank transfer) the order appears in backend as paid. This should happen only if the customer pays with credit card. When he choose bank transfer method it should have the status pending or awaitng payment or simmilar. 4. We want that in the moment a customer places a order, a custom email will be sent to the supplyer with the order content. The items we sell are not in our warehouse they are at the suppliers warehouse. We have more suppliers from more countryes so when someone orders products from us, we have in backend the manufacturer with the contact details. We want to send the manufacturer a email with the order contents but just SKU, name and quantity, without prices. Someone could add products in cart from more manufacturers. In this case we need to send 1 email to each manufacturer with containing only the products that they supply. In case of payment with credit card, this email is sent automatly, in case of payment with bank trasnfer , the email should be sent after confirming the payment from backend
