This project is so a customer can print out the items in the shopping cart and mail the order in rather than go though the checkout process.
When the customer views the cart contents they will have an option to either print out the cart contents or proceed with the normal checkout process. If the customer clicks on the mail order link, they will be taken to a page that has form fields on it and the cart contents.
This feature will only be offered to Australian customers and shipping will be based on the existing Australian shipping modules installed. They will need to select the type of shipping their prefer and the total will be calculated.
They will have a choice of either typing their details into the form or printing out the form and writing their details in by hand.
When they click the 'Print' button, the print dialogue box will open and at the same time the order will be emailed to the store owner email address along with the cart details and any details the customer has entered.
