Make my PHP script compatible with PHP7.3, add two small features and install on my domain.

I need someone who knows how to work with my Alstrasoft Autoresponder PHP script. This person must be able to work with older and newer versions of MySql and PHP. This person must update my script so that it may work with PHP 7.3 and should make only two small adjustments to my script. I have bought this script and I need to start using it as soon as possible.
