Hi Is it PHP 7.2 or 7.3 you wish the old code to be upgraded to? Also what's the mysql version please? Anyway I can upgrade the old code to new PDO statements compatible with PHP 7.* on my local server and will make sure the form is working properly before uploading to your site. I'll scan the source files for any deprecated or removed function in the new version of PHP and replace them with proper equivalents.
