We are looking for a Moodle developer in order to create an interface with the email marketing tool ActiveCampaign. We need 2 integrations: -from AC to Moodle: based on a specific tag, an automation starts and calls an external script (webhook) which creates an account in Moodle and enrol the user in a specific course for a specific amount of time -from Moodle to AC: based on user behaviour, Moodle sends tags and/or custom fields values back to AC (e.g. grades, number of tentatives, etc...) The job can also be divided as two separate contracts. We need it by the end of this month (January 2019). If you have better solutions in order to achieve the same results, please fell free to propose them.

I have over 12 years of experience on moodle, I also have many years of experience on ActiveCampaign. On freelancer, I am now on Premiere plan, this should be much helpful for my clients. For your project, AC, is not actually a CRM, which does not have the ability to store and compare additional data like grades, so what I suggest is to use other systems instead.
