Need help to insert javascript phone tracking code

I want to add Google's phone tracking code to a Wordpress site, to track phone calls from Google Ads. The code is The code is like this: <a onclick="return gtag_report_conversion('tel:800-123-4567');" href="tel:800-123-4567">800-123-4567a> The problem is, the phone numbers are added in text boxes in the theme options. See attached screenshot. If I enter javascript in the text box, it just shows the full code. So I am stumped how to do this. Need help.
