Need to scrape data from a link ( Not Manually )

I have three year experience on python spider. Does the link need authentication? Is the record supplied by json api or html? If no auth needed, it should be a easy task,otherwise, it may need some hack. Could you show me the data of the link and tell me which data is what you want on the page
