Network Marketing Script Expert

We are a network marketing / mlm company and we have a php designed system and mysql database managing our administration including client management, commission calculations, etc for the past 15 years. Over the years things have become slower and more complicated as the system and database grew. Recently our database has been growing quite significantly on a monthly basis and as a result certain things have slowed down significantly. Our commission calculation script especially is very complicated but worked well until recently when it started taking very long to run certain processes and executing scripts in order to show the results. We are in need of a php-mysql and network marketing script expert who would be available to look at our commission script and database structure in order to advise on optimisation and improvements in order to get things to work better and faster again. The selected programmer will work with our current senior developer on finding a solution and we will pay the agreed amount after implementation of the recommendations and seeing the results. You would have to provide us with a portfolio of previous network marketing scripts you worked on and preferably give us access details to existing software to see your capabilities.
