It will be necessary to sign an NDA before I can describe the project too deeply, but basically I am looking for a programmer to design a rather complicated online pdf editor. This editor will not actually change or remove anything from the root pdf, but will only make additions, (stamps, annotations, etc.). These "stamps" will have characteristics and will need to interact with one another in specific, yet relatively simple [login to view URL] is also a need for the program to output a list of the stamps used, and quantities thereof. There is plenty more to describe and discuss when appropriate. You may use any language you choose for the backend, and as long as the front end is available desktop and mobile; and has touch screen functionality, the same goes for the front end UI.
