I need a php script that does the following: read mysql table and for each specified column value repeated more than 2 times in the last 15 minutes, get the most recent record and compare related date with most recent record for same column on table2 if difference is >= than 60 minutes save it on table2. timezone America/Bogota, PHP PDO and inline comments please. BEST EXPLANATION ON THE ATTACHED IMAGE. for this works i will give you a vps with every ready.
