PHP Web Application

Hello everyone. We are currently looking for a PHP developer to build a web application for our account managers to use. (CRM). The system briefly will have a simple interface to allow us manage our insurance policies in one place and keep them organized with our managed leads & clients. We need the system in Arabic & English language. We need the following requirements in our system: 1- Allow users to use CRUD functions on: Policies, Clients, Contact of clients, Contacts of insurance company, Insurance Companies, Insurance Types, Insurance Subtypes, Insurance Commissions Brokers & Currencies . Note:( For some insurance subtypes like motor we will need to give the user the ability to add car make and models from a ready made web API to make it easier for him to add more than one motor to the same policy and this can be expanded in different insurance types later). 2- Create individual screens for each of the above to be simple to use and easy to understand. 3- Allow users to collect premium's policy by entering Policy Number / client name / client phone and choose them from a dropdown list. Allow him to write required fields and save the collection. 4- Allow users to collect insurance company commissions by entering insurance company name / Policy Number / Client Name / Client Phone Number. 5- Allow users to add public and private comments on policies. (Private are comments to be shared internally between account managers only and not visible to the client / Public comments are to be shared from account manager to the client and written on the policy) 6- An organized log table for the admin to check how the account managers act on the system. 7- Integrating our website clients with our system clients manually when needed. ( Lead to Client). 8- Each account manager has a promocode. The system must show each account manager how many times his promocode was scanned and used (A simple report from website database already developed). 9- Each account manager has the ability to start his day (Login Time) as soon as he starts working and logs out when he ends his day (Logout Time). With an option to pause the timer for a break. Moreover, These info must be visible to the admin to check on them. 10- The ability to change user roles and user privileges to allow editing viewing deleting or creating based on the above screens discussed in point #1. 11- The option to create account manager groups to add medical team together and motor team together as an example and this team could be expanded for other insurance types in future. 12- The system must show notifications on any new policy added or any new comment added on the policy the account manager is responsible on. 14- The system must have an export / import as Excel sheet for all of the tabs discussed above 15 - The system must have an intelligent fast search algorithm to search the whole system of any keywords typed 16- The system must have an option to generate the following reports: a) Total issued policy b) Policy Renewals (based on a given period ex: 1 month/2 month prior etc) c) Renewals Lost (check the endorsements related to the policies that are not renewed). d) Payment Request ( An invoice to show policy details) e) Total Premium Paid f) Total Premium Due g) Client account statement h) Insurance Company Balance i) Total Collected Commissions j) Total Uncollected Commissions k) Insurance Company Balance *There will be only one login from one side for the account managers only to the system. * You may need to add new tables or modify the attached Database ERD diagram but with given reasons to do a change. * We will provide you an excel sheets that has a brief explanation of our system needed.
